The rules for booking and working with me, in plain words. Please read them before you book.

01Who I am

02Scope

These terms apply to every service you book or buy from me online: the free 15-minute call, the paid strategy session (Next Move Session) and the 8-week programme. By booking or paying, you confirm you have read and accepted them.

03Services

  • Free 15-minute call. Audio only, no video. A first conversation to see where you are and whether a session makes sense for you. No payment, no obligation.
  • Strategy session (Next Move Session). One paid 1:1 session online. Duration and content as described on the booking page.
  • Programme. 8 weeks of 1:1 support. Number of sessions, content and period as described in the offer you accept.

Sessions take place online. You need a stable connection and a quiet place.

04Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, shown on the booking page or in the offer before you pay. A paid session is paid in full online when you book, by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once the payment goes through. For the programme, the payment terms (one payment or instalments) and any credit of a previous session are those stated in the offer. You receive an invoice by email.

05Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to change something:

  • Up to 24 hours before the session, you can reschedule for free, with the link in your confirmation email or by writing to me.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or if you don't show up, the session is considered delivered. It is not refunded or rescheduled.
  • If you arrive late, the session still ends at the planned time.

If I need to change something: occasionally I may have to move a session, sometimes at short notice (illness, emergency or another situation beyond my control). In that case the session is moved to a new time agreed with you, at no extra cost. Moving a session does not give a right to a refund or compensation. The session is refunded only if I cannot offer you a new time within 30 days.

These rules apply to every session of the programme too.

06Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As EU consumer law provides, if you are a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, by sending me a clear statement. You are then refunded within 14 days, with the same payment method.

This right ends once your session has been fully delivered, because you ask for it to take place and acknowledge this when booking. If part of a service has already been delivered (for example in the programme), you pay only for that part. It does not apply to professional clients.

07How I work, and what I don't promise

Career strategy and coaching is a best-efforts commitment, not a guarantee of results. I bring my experience, my method and my full attention. The decisions and the actions remain yours. I don't guarantee a job, a promotion, an income or any specific result. My work is not therapy, medical or psychological care, or legal, tax or immigration advice.

08Confidentiality

What you share in our sessions stays confidential, in line with the ICF Code of Ethics. The only exceptions are your written consent or a legal obligation. I never publish a testimonial or anything about you without your explicit permission.

09Materials

The exercises, tools and documents I share are for your personal use. Please don't resell or publish them. The documents you create with me, like your CV or your profile, are yours.

10Liability

My liability is limited to proven direct damage and, in any case, to the amount you paid for the service concerned, except in case of gross negligence or where the law does not allow such a limit. I am not responsible for technical problems on your side or for third-party tools.

12Complaints

If something goes wrong, write to me first at . I will do my best to find a solution with you.

13Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you can go to the court of your place of residence or the competent French court.

14Languages

These terms exist in English, French and Polish. If the versions differ, the French version prevails.

01Who is responsible

02What I collect

  • Contact and booking: name, email, phone number if you give it, the time you book and your answers to the booking questions.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe. I see the amount and the status, never your full card number.
  • Our work together: what you choose to share about your career, your CV and documents, and my working notes. Health or other sensitive information is never required; share it only if you feel it helps.
  • Messages: what you write to me by email or on LinkedIn.

03Why, and on what legal basis

  • Booking, delivering the sessions and following up: performance of the contract.
  • Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation.
  • Answering your messages, keeping track of contacts and improving my services: legitimate interest.
  • Newsletter and marketing emails: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.

04Who receives your data

Only me. I use service providers that process data on my behalf:

  • Cal.com (booking), Stripe (payment), Indy (invoicing and accounting), HubSpot (contact management), Netlify (website hosting), FormSubmit (contact and newsletter forms);
  • the call tool indicated in your confirmation;
  • email and productivity tools, including AI writing assistants used to prepare documents such as your CV. I share only what the task needs.

I never sell your data.

05Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

06How long I keep your data

  • Contacts who did not buy: 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Clients: for the time we work together, then 3 years.
  • Session notes: deleted at the latest 3 years after the end of our work.
  • Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years (legal obligation).
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, withdraw your consent, and give instructions for what happens to it after your death. Write to ; I reply within one month. If you feel your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority of your country.

08Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. Booking and payment pages (Cal.com, Stripe) may use their own cookies, under their own policies.
